What happens if a tenant does not pay rent?

If removal becomes necessary, we coordinate the legal process promptly and in accordance with Texas Property Code, with most cases completed within 6 to 8 weeks. How involved do I need to be as the owner?
We handle the day-to-day operations, communication, and problem solving. You are not expected to coordinate vendors or communicate with residents. We contact you for major decisions or approvals, and provide recommendations so you can make informed choices without managing the property yourself.
