Cameron began investing in rental properties in 2014, building a sizable portfolio while working in the oil and gas industry. After struggling to find a property management company that was transparent, experienced, and investor-minded, he chose to manage his own properties—eventually taking on properties for friends and colleagues as well. That experience led to the founding of Emerson Property Management in 2018, built on real ownership experience and a passion for helping others build long-term wealth through real estate. Cameron is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
